Our only white this week is this textured crisp, elegant Umbrian white (Grechetto Grape-
synonymous with the region). The taste is bright citrus, green apple, and subtle almond notes, carried by lively acidity and a clean mineral finish. 

Pairings: Seafood, grilled vegetables, fresh cheeses, light pasta dishes, and simple poultry
preparations.
