BLOOMER CREEK WHITE HORSE RED, 2019

The name of this New York wine is a cheeky nod to the famous Château Cheval Blanc, and, just like Cheval Blanc, Bloomer Creek blends Cabernet Franc and Merlot. All of the fruit is hand harvested from their organically-run vineyards and sees very little intervention in the cellar. Aromas of dark cherry, raspberry, and earth mingle to deliver a wine that is fresh and savory.
