This beautiful and unique Lombardian bubbly is done in the Champagne style. It is known for its vibrant acidity, creamy mousse, and layered notes of citrus, apple, brioche, and toasted almond-primarily made from Chardonnay Grapes with some Pinot Nero mixed in, as well.
