Menetou-Salon literally abuts Sancerre to the southwest and shares many of the soil profiles and taste characteristics of its better known neighbor. Perhaps due to its relative anonymity they represent a value compared to Sancerres of similar quality. Domaine Les Chezeaux is owned by the Cherrier family and they take the same pride and care to create these wines as they do to create their Sancerres
