This red from one of our favorite wine-makers is a medium-bodied, elegant Langhe Nebbiolo from Piedmont with a shiny ruby-garnet color and refined aromatics of violet, spice, and red cherry. It has a dry, tannic and savory flavor profile with hints of spice and earthy florals.

Pairings: Grilled lamb or beef, rich pasta with ragù, hearty mushroom-based dishes, and aged Italian cheeses like Parmigiano-Reggiano or Pecorino.
