PELISSERO NUBIOLA BARBARESCO 2019

This single-vineyard Barbaresco is made from grapes from a very special site that Giorgio Pelissero owns and farms, producing an outstanding quality of grapes in the boundaries of Barbaresco. 

This is the first of his three single-vineyard Barbarescos and the most approachable. If you have an interest in top-quality Italian wines, this is an absolute must for you.

This Barbaresco works with traditional Piedmont cuisine like brasato al Barolo (beef braised in Barolo) or tajarin (egg noodles) topped with butter sauce and the region’s white truffles. It also pairs brilliantly with a variety of other dishes, including pasta dishes topped with dense, savory tomato sauces and four-cheese gnocchi.
